Finance Alliance is pleased to present the community's first in-person event dedicated to financial planners and analysts... the FP&A Summit in San Diego!

Speakers Highlights. 🧠
Steve has over 25 years of executive leadership experience in Finance and Operations, specializing in emerging and transitioning businesses. He has extensive experience in FP&A, P&L Management, Executive/Board Reporting, Financial Modeling, Accounting Management, and Process Re-engineering.
Steve says his bottom line is improving business performance and growing profitability.
He's a strong supporter of community activism and believes that Silicon Valley companies can only be as successful as the supporting community. He's an active volunteer with At-risk Youth and Youth sports, also serves on local and national non-profit boards of directors.
Kevwe is a finance and commercial leader with experience partnering with business executives to drive innovation and operational excellence, whilst delivering accretive growth across revenue and profit. This growth has been delivered through a mix of customer, marketing, pricing, sales operations and financial strategies and tactics. He has extensive experience building high-performance finance/operational teams whilst scaling up decision support to business executives.
Ilana is an accomplished strategic and financial executive with extensive experience in strategy, finance and accounting, and operations. She is currently the Chief Financial Officer at American Coatings Association (ACA). She is directly responsible for overseeing financial management, operations finance and accounting, treasury, financial planning and business analysis, capital investment planning and management, Board of Directors management, financial systems implementation, and cross-functional business partnership across ACA and its subsidiaries.
Prior to her current position, Ms. Esterrich was the Chief Financial and Administrative Officer at the Center for Strategic and Budgetary Assessments (CSBA), a national security and defense research institution where she was responsible for annual and long-term strategic planning and execution, business development and fundraising, budget development, human resources, information technology, publishing, and day-to-day operations.
Ilana has gained additional experience in consulting, operations, logistics, sales and marketing, and international operations through previous positions at Thomson-Reuters, General Mills, The Pillsbury Company, Computer Sciences Corporation and PricewaterhouseCoopers.
