As a mentor, you're not there to have all the answers. You're there to share what you've learned, ask the questions that unlock clarity, and be the sounding board someone needs at a critical moment in their career.

What the commitment looks like

We're happy to work around your capacity. If you only want one mentee, we'll match you with one.

But here's the cadence that's worked best for mentors who've seen the biggest return:

Up to 3 mentees
Roughly one hour a month of your time
5 structured sessions per mentee over the program cycle

You bring the expertise. We bring the framework. Clear start, clear goals, meaningful finish.

Who we're looking for

We're selective about who we bring into the program, and that's by design. The quality of the cohort is what makes the matches work.

You're a great fit if you are:

Director-level or above (or equivalent) in your field
Bringing 6+ years of deep specialization in your area
Ready to show up with honesty, not just advice
Someone who believes in the value of community
